SENIOR COST ACCOUNTANT

The Cost Accountant is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing and production costing analysis, as well as inventory management across all business locations. This role focuses on analyzing standard costs versus actual costs, identifying variances, and providing clear explanations across customers, PLUs, and production jobs within the Sage X3 ERP system. The Cost Accountant works closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Procurement, and Manufacturing to investigate discrepancies, resolve variances, and ensure accurate costing. Additionally, this role plays a key role in maintaining and updating BOMs within Sage X3 to ensure accurate production inputs and cost structures.

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution, and documentation of all inbound and outbound freight movements for the warehouse. This role serves as the primary point of control for truck scheduling, carrier coordination, and shipping/receiving documentation for shipments moving to and from third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and direct customers. The position requires close daily alignment with Customer Service, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant shipment execution. This role owns all inbound and outbound truck activity and ensures that all paperwork, system transactions, and physical movements are properly completed and documented.
